At this time, our clinic operates as a self-pay practice and does not participate with insurance companies or bill insurance directly. Because of this, we don’t structure our services, documentation, or workflows around insurance requirements, which can often be quite specific and time-intensive.

Additionally, as a smaller, patient-focused practice, we don’t have the administrative staff needed to manage insurance-related requests, such as claim submissions, coding adjustments, or follow-ups with insurance carriers.

Our goal is to keep care simple, transparent, and focused on you—without the limitations or restrictions that often come with insurance-based models.

That said, we’re always happy to provide any standard receipts or visit summaries you may need for your personal records or HSA/FSA submission.
